How to prepare for your mobile hair appointment with getready
Do: Wash Your Hair
For blowouts: It's best to have freshly washed hair so that it is still wet when your hair stylist arrives.
If you are getting your hair styled (curled, braided, updo) washing it the night before can help maintain the right texture for styling.
Don't: Get Chemical Treatments within 48 Hours
If you are planning on undergoing hair treatments such as hair dying, perms, keratin, or any other chemical treatments, wait at least 48 hours after these treatments before having your hair styled for your event.
Don't: Apply Hair Products
Avoid applying any creams, gels, or styling products beforehand. The stylist will have all the products needed!

How long will an appointment take?
The length of your appointment will depend on the service you're receiving. We recommend allotting 1 hour - 1.5 hours for your hair appointment. This will vary depending on the length of your hair and whether you’re booking for a blowout, in addition to styling.
I have clip-in hair extensions. Will my stylist be able to install these for me?
Absolutely! There is an add on fee for this service, but when booking you can let your stylist know you and they will include this in your service.
Do you provide any hair accessories for my service?
We do not. However, upon request we are happy to assist in ordering accessories for you prior to your appointment. We recommend doing this at least one week prior to your appointment.
What type of products will my hair stylist be using?
Each stylist’s kit will vary but we only use hair styling products that are professional-brand. Some popular brands our stylists carry in their kits are R+Co, Kenra, Fenty Hair, Amika, Redken, Kerastase, and BedHead.
